John Davenport Construction was built on decades of hands-on experience, military discipline, and a commitment to helping homeowners protect and improve their properties.

John began working in foundation repair in 2005 while attending Franklin County High School. After graduating in 2008, he continued developing his construction knowledge while learning the importance of teamwork, accountability, and perseverance through years of athletics.

After high school, John served four years in the United States Navy and deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF).

Following his military service, he spent more than a decade working across the country in foundation repair, structural reinforcement, and waterproofing.

That experience shaped the way John approaches every project today — with precision, responsibility, and a focus on long-term solutions.
